Julie Casse, a young French innovator and researcher, has made waves in the international innovation scene with her groundbreaking work on sustainable mobility. Currently collaborating with President University in Indonesia, Julie has been developing a prototype at the university’s Fab Lab—a connected device and mobile app that could potentially eliminate the need for fossil fuels in vehicles. Her innovation captures electromagnetic energy to power vehicles, offering a bold alternative to traditional gas-based engines.
Julie’s efforts recently earned her a place at the prestigious Concours Lépine, a historic French invention competition held from April, 30th to May, 11th 2025 at Porte de Versailles in Paris. Being selected to showcase her work at such a renowned global platform is a testament to the promise and impact of her invention.
What makes Julie’s story even more inspiring is her recognition of President University as fertile ground for innovation. She credits the university’s professors and students for their creativity, knowledge, and strong collaborative spirit. Her experience at the Fab Lab, with its advanced tools and proactive team, reflects the university’s growing role as a hub for international research and innovation partnerships. (Rachel V, PR Team.
